Human Sulfotransferases Enzymes
Human sulfotransferases (SULTs) 1A1*1, SULT1B1, SULT1E1, SULT2A1, SULT1A1*2, SULT1A2, SULT1C2, and SULT1C4 recombinant enzymes are used in studies requiring high levels of individual enzymatic activities.
In vitro models using these enzymes are the simplest test system available to study enzyme interactions. Recombinant enzymes have activity levels similar to those found in vivo making them ideal for a broad range of in vitro preclinical studies.
Features and Benefits
Reproducibility: Excellent batch-to-batch consistency
High Quality: Established technology producing native or minimally-modified enzymes
Characterization: Robust P450 activity levels, representative of human enzymes
Each vial of human SULT recombinant enzyme contains 1 mg cytosolic protein.
